This is the site I use to provide updates and content related to my career and professional life. If there is something specific you are looking for, please email me and I’ll get it for you.
With an editorial career spanning 20 years and a wide variety of media platforms, I consistently deliver engaging stories, detailed news, insightful analysis, and an entertaining viewpoint. While both self-managing and working as a vital team member, I can use any medium to communicate, inform, enlighten, and forge a bond with an audience.
I have been a journalist, an author, an editor, and a content manager – sometimes all at once. You can find out more about my editorial experience here.
Before my writing and content management career heated up I had a previous career as an illustrator and graphic artist. I began this career as a freelance cartoonist and illustrator, achieving success as an animator, creating stories and artwork for comic-books, and working on training software and video game projects. You’ll find examples of this work here.
My online experience began before the World Wide Web, using my first computer and a primitive modem to connect to the early internet. When HTML came along, I learned to use it to further the writing and design facets of my career. I contributed to one of the first online newspapers, then became a web designer and helped create a successful line of real estate websites. More recently, I’ve applied these skills as an online reporter/editor for Sun-Times Media and in a variety of content management projects.
Throughout most of my career I’ve found myself at the crossroads between creativity and technology, often bearing a job title that had just been created. I plan to continue along this exciting path.
